To lock in your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of £30 is required 🏷️. This can be paid via the PAYMENT LINK within 1 hour of booking, and we’ll send you the details by SMS and email. 💌
No deposit = No booking 😬. If we don’t get your deposit within the hour, your spot will be cancelled and available for others. But don’t worry, the deposit will be deducted from your total treatment cost! 💖
Once you’ve paid your deposit, please send us a DM on Instagram or an email with a screenshot confirmation. 📲
Timeliness is Key ⏰
Please arrive on time—not too early and not too late! 😇 We offer a 10-minute grace period. If you’re over 10 minutes late, a £20 late fee will apply 😬. If you're more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and a new deposit will be required to rebook. 🛑
Need to reschedule? No worries! Just give us 48 hours' notice and we’ll transfer your deposit to a new date. ⏳ Unfortunately, your deposit will be forfeited if you don’t notify us in time. 😢
